Cloning an Auction

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Hosting an auction that has a similar online format to one you've hosted in the past? You can clone past auction events directly in your Bloomerang Fundraising control panel!

Please note: Cloning is how you create new forms in Bloomerang Fundraising. If you want to start fresh with a brand new auction, you'll still use the cloning feature described in this article. You just won't clone any of the past auction's attributes.

To clone an auction, navigate to Forms and Events from your organization's dashboard.

Select the Permissions to carry over from the previous event. Permissions determine which users are able to access and change the auction and to what extent they're able to make changes.
