Worldpay Processing Overview

As a Bloomerang Fundraising customer, you have the option to use a variety of payment processors. Using Worldpay as your processor provides the following:

Streamlined transaction fees

With Worldpay, both Bloomerang Fundraising fees and processing fees are combined. That way, all your fees are charged (and reported) at once, instead of having different line items for processor and software provider.

Streamlined processing

Credit card and eCheck transactions are processed together, meaning simpler accounting and reconciliation.

AmEx OptBlue

With AmEx OptBlue through Worldpay, you can process American Express payments without opening a separate AmEx account.

Reconciling report in the Bloomerang Fundraising Control Panel

Clear reporting is essential to keep you on track and provide insights for more effective fundraising. Worldpay users will see a special report in the Statements area of their Bloomerang Fundraising control panel that batches transactions for simplified reconciliation.

Streamlined support

Our Customer Experience team is first-line support for all processing questions and issues and is a direct liaison to the merchant processor for escalations and customer needs. That means not having to go through multiple avenues for support.

Ability to issue refunds up to 360 days

Worldpay gives you the flexibility and ease to issue refunds when you need to.

Detailed chargeback reporting

All chargebacks and returns are communicated back to Bloomerang Fundraising and included in your normal reporting.
