Bloomerang CRM may replace your From email address when sending mass email if you have not yet configured your Sender Policy Framework (SPF) settings with your domain. When this happens, Bloomerang CRM will replace your domain name with mailman.bloomerang-mail.com. Bloomerang CRM uses the original From address as the Reply To address, so you still get any replies.
Email Delivery Definitions
Domain name — The example.org part of www.example.org
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) — An email authentication method that designates authorized mail servers for your domain. With SPF, your messages are more likely to be delivered and less likely to be marked as spam.
What You Can Do
To prevent your emails from being marked as spam, add [email protected] to your email contact list or allowlist. This prevents important emails from Bloomerang CRM from being routed to your spam folder.
If you prefer to use a custom sender email address from you organization’s domain:
Set up an SPF record in the DNS settings for your organization’s domain. For instructions, read Set Up SPF and DKIM for Email Delivery.
If you already set up SPF, make sure the SPF settings in your organization’s domain settings are configured correctly. For information about the correct settings, read Set Up SPF and DKIM for Email Delivery.
Note: Setting up or verifying a SPF record is a technical task, which means you might need help from your IT support provider.
