Administrator users can access the Billing & License page by clicking Settings, and then selecting Billing & License.
On the Billing & License page, you can view usage and subscription information for your Bloomerang CRM account, view or update your payment method, pay your balance, and view any open or previous invoices.
Overview
You can view the following information on the Billing & License page:
License Count – The total number of constituents that count towards your license.
Email Usage – The number of emails sent during the current month.
Subscription renews on – The date when your subscription will renew.
Billing email & Billing address – The email and physical address associated with your Bloomerang CRM account for billing purposes. All billing notifications will be sent to this email address. Billing notifications can include alerts when a new invoice has been posted, payment confirmation, refund or past due notices, and occasional tax document, payment, or billing update requests.

Additionally, you may take these actions:
View or Update Your Credit Card Information - Click to open a new tab and add payment information.
Click Add Payment Method. Select Add a Debit/Credit Card or Add Bank Account.
Note: If you choose to pay via a bank account, your account needs to be verified. Select to verify the account Instantly or Manually. If you select Instantly, you will be taken to Plaid for account verification. If you select Manually, 2 small deposits will be applied to your account, which may take up to 2 business days to process. You will not be able to pay using your bank account until it is verified.
Pay Balance - Click to open a new tab to pay the balance on your invoice(s).
Select any of the payment methods you have saved or click + Add Payment Method to add a new one.
Click Download & Email Open Invoices to email the open invoices as a PDF to an email recipient.
Select the checkbox next to the invoice(s) you want to pay. Change the Amount To Apply for partial payment. Click Continue.
Review your payment and click Submit Payment.
Open Invoices - Click to open a new tab to view any open invoices.
Click Download & Email Open Invoices to send the open invoices as a PDF to an email recipient.
Click the PDF icon next to any invoice to download it as a PDF to your computer.
You will not be logged out of Bloomerang CRM when you open any of these links in new tabs. Close the tab at any time to return to Bloomerang CRM.
Previous Invoices List
You can view previous invoices on the Billing & License page. Each row in the list contains the following information for one previous invoice:
Due Date - The date the invoice was due.
Invoice Number - The number that was assigned to the invoice.
Amount - The amount that was due for the invoice.
Balance - The remaining amount due on the invoice.
Status - An invoice may be Posted, Paid, or Partially Paid.
Posted - The invoice is currently available to be paid, but no payment has been submitted.
Paid - The invoice has been paid in full.
Partially Paid - Payment has been applied to the invoice, but there is a remaining balance.
Billing Email - The email that was set as the billing email when the invoice was posted.
Click on a row in the list to download the invoice as a PDF to your computer.
Note: The Billing & License page only displays invoices that were created via Ordway, the service Bloomerang CRM uses to manage billing payments. Please contact [email protected] if you need billing or invoice information from before the switch to Ordway.
