If your subscription includes membership management, you can include many built-in membership filters in reports. Add report filters for membership levels, status (Current, Lapsed, or Canceled), renewal date, payment method, and more.
Tip: Need to quickly view a list of members? View membership groups instead of running a report. Bloomerang CRM automatically creates and manages membership groups for you.

Run Membership Reports
You can add membership filters to transaction or constituent reports.
This example shows how to start with a transaction report. To start with a constituent report, include these filters: Has Transactions > Specific Transactions > Membership Schedules and Payments.
To run reports for memberships:
Include the filter Membership Schedules and Payments.
Include or exclude one or more membership-related filters.
Run Membership Renewal Reports
Run a report to make a list of upcoming membership renewals. For example, run a report for memberships that automatically renew in the next 60 days. Or, run a report for memberships that don’t automatically renew.
Membership schedules that automatically renew have a Credit Card or EFT payment method. Memberships that don’t automatically renew have the None payment method.
Tip: To send an email or letter to members with upcoming renewal dates, add membership-related merge fields and filters in emails and letters. You don’t have to run a report first. For more information, view Membership Emails and Letters.
To run a membership renewal report:
Do one of the following:
To see only membership schedules that renew automatically, include the filter Method and select Credit Card and EFT.
To see only membership schedules that don’t renew automatically, include the filter Method and select None.
Include the filter Membership Schedules and Payments.
Include the filter Membership Renewal Date.
Select a time period.
(Optional) Add other filters. For example, add the filter Membership Level and select one or more levels.
