When generating letters, Bloomerang CRM automatically skips constituents with bad, incomplete, or missing addresses. It is still good practice to run a report of bad, incomplete, or missing addresses so you can periodically go through the report for clean-up. You can also reference this report in another report or a letter.
Create a new constituent report.
In the Include area, click Add Filter.
Click Has Addresses.
Click Addresses and click Specific Addresses.
In the Address Filters section and the Include area, click Add Filter.
Click Is Bad and click OK.
In the Include area, click And.
Click Is Primary and click OK.
In the Include area, click Or.
Click Is Incomplete and click OK.
Next to Is Incomplete, click And.
Click Is Primary and click OK.

Click OK.
In the Include area, click Or.
Click Has Addresses.
Click Has Any and click Has No.
Click OK.
