Activate the Integration
The Daxko Operations integration is developed and managed by Daxko. To request that Daxko activate and configure the integration, contact Daxko Support at [email protected].
You will need to provide your Bloomerang CRM API key to Daxko. To view or generate your Bloomerang CRM API key, follow the instructions in Generating Private API Keys in User Settings.
How the Integration Works
When a transaction occurs in Bloomerang CRM, Daxko Operations attempts to match it to an existing member in its database based on:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
If Daxko Operations finds a match, it automatically associates the transaction with the corresponding member record.
This is a one-way integration, so data flows only from Bloomerang to Daxko Operations. Bloomerang CRM is considered the source of truth for transaction data between the two systems.
