Activate the Integration
Daxko builds and manages the Daxko Operations integration. To get it activated, email Daxko Support at [email protected].
You'll need to give Daxko your Bloomerang CRM API key. To view or generate yours, follow the steps in Generating Private API Keys in User Settings.
Set Up the Integration
To set up the integration, follow the steps in the Daxko Operations: Bloomerang Integration guide on the Daxko website. For help with setup, email Daxko Support at [email protected].
How the Integration Works
When a transaction happens in Bloomerang CRM, Daxko Operations looks for a matching member in its database using:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
When it finds a match, Daxko Operations automatically links the transaction to that member's record.
This is a one-way integration, so data flows only from Bloomerang to Daxko Operations. For transaction data shared between the two systems, Bloomerang CRM is the source of truth.
