How should I add email addresses when I do not have a name for the constituent?

It is not advised to enter constituents into Bloomerang CRM if you only have an email address and do not know their name. We recommend using an outside email system to get in touch with these individuals, and send them the link to your email signup form (created in the Website Integration area of Bloomerang CRM). When the email signup form is filled out and submitted, Bloomerang CRM will automatically create constituent profiles (including first name, last name, and email address) for these individuals. Because their constituent record contains first and last name, you can personalize solicitations and other communications to them for more effective donor stewardship.
