When running reports and letters or emails, the constituent’s primary address will be the one that appears in the Primary Address field. Similarly, the primary email or phone would appear in the Primary Email or Primary Phone fields, too. The Primary email, address, and phone should be those that the constituent has designated as their preferred means of communication. To select a new primary email, address, or phone, simply navigate to that field in the Edit Profile, and check the “Primary” box. Save your changes. You can only have one primary of each type (address, phone, and email). If a constituent has only one address in Bloomerang CRM, the system automatically designates that address as primary.
