You can store social media information for your constituents in Bloomerang CRM. Bloomerang CRM links directly to the constituent's profile in those applications.
Get Social Media Info
Copy the constituent's URL or handle from Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
Open the constituent's profile page on Facebook and copy the URL of the profile page.
If you are not logged in to LinkedIn, go to the constituent's public LinkedIn page and copy the URL. If you are logged in to LinkedIn, go to the constituent's profile page and copy the URL on the Contact Info tab.
Open the constituent's profile page on Twitter and copy the Twitter handle.
Add Social Media Information to a Constituent Account
To add the social media info into Bloomerang CRM:
Go to the constituent's profile page.
Click Edit.
Paste the URL or handle into the appropriate field.
Click Save.
The fields become links, so connecting with your constituents on social media is only a click away!
