Personal Information is found on the Constituent Profile Tab.
Steps:
Click
Open a Test Individual Constituent Record
Click on the Profile Tab and look at the Personal Information section and verify all relevant information is correct:
Facebook link
Twitter Handle
LinkedIn Profile
Personal or Organization Website
Gender
Birthdate
Employer
Job Title
If anything is incorrect, record the information to the Revisions Needed List. Use specific examples (ID, examples of what is incorrect) and record what should be present in the record.
Note: We can only convert information that exists in your legacy database. You can always update Constituent records once you are live.
