The Imports page contains two sections: a list of recent imports and a list of import templates.
Recently Processed Imports
The Recently Processed Imports section lists the past five imports that were run. Click the blue down arrow and select:
View Full Details: See details about how the import was run and the results.
Download Import File: Download a CSV file.
Download Skipped Records: Download only the skipped records in a CSV file to fix them and re-import them.
Import Templates
All your import templates are listed in this section, along with what information they import. Filter the list by import type. To view more information or to reuse the import template with a new file, click the template name.
