This article assumes you are experienced in modifying HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and with testing forms. Bloomerang Support does not troubleshoot self-hosted forms. If you are having difficulty updating your forms, contact us to discuss your options.
Tip: We recommend going back to Bloomerang CRM and getting a fresh copy of the code for your form, then re-implementing your customizations. This way, Bloomerang Payments code will be automatically added to your form and you will have the most up-to-date code as your starting point.
Re-Implement Your Customizations
You may find that the easiest way to update your self-hosted form is to retrieve a fresh copy of self-hosted code from Bloomerang CRM, and then re-implement your customizations. Setting the form to use Bloomerang Payments, and then republishing, will ensure the necessary updates are applied in code automatically.
Log in to Bloomerang CRM.
Click Communications.
Click Forms.
Click Select on the appropriate tile.
Select your form to edit it.
Under Transaction Processor, select Bloomerang Payments.
Click Next, and then Next again on the following page.
The new self-hosted code that contains updates for Bloomerang Payments will display. Starting with this code, you can then re-implement your customizations and return the form to your site.
