Campaigns have a date range that is set to the current Calendar year, Fiscal year, or Custom. Calendar year and Fiscal year campaigns will no longer track raised amounts on the dashboard once the end of the calendar or fiscal year has been reached. Custom date ranges will track within their defined range.
To end a campaign, click View all on the Campaigns tile, your desired campaign, and then edit the Date Range to a time where the campaign is no longer tracking. For example, select Custom and add an end date in the past. Then uncheck the checkbox by Active and click Save.
Click Update on the dashboard to see your changes. The inactive campaign will no longer display.
