When you create or change your password, you must enter a password that includes at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
You can use these special characters in your password:
! # $ % & ' " * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~
If a password is entered that doesn’t meet minimum requirements:
The Password text box, password entry, and password instructions change to red
An administrator cannot update their password
A volunteer cannot create an account or update their password
If your password meets the requirements, you can save it as your new password.
