Organization managers can remove volunteers from opportunities in bulk at the organization level. To remove multiple volunteers from an opportunity, do the following:
If you are in more than one organization, make sure you are in the right one.
From the navigation menu, click People, and then click Volunteers.
On the Volunteers page, select one or more volunteers.
Click Take Action
.Hover over Opportunities.
Click Remove Volunteers from Opportunities.
On the Remove Volunteers from Opportunities screen, select a time frame to view a list of opportunities:
All Opportunities
Current Opportunities
Upcoming Opportunities
Past Opportunities
In the dropdown menu that appears, select an opportunity.
Click Remove.
A confirmation screen appears. To confirm the removal, do the following:
In the first text box, enter REMOVE.
In the second text box, enter the number of volunteers that you selected in the Volunteer List.
Click Remove to remove the volunteers from the selected opportunity.
