To use a sender address from your domain in Bloomerang Volunteer, you must first authenticate your domain.
After you start the authentication process, you can check the domain status to know whether authentication is complete. If the status is Pending, Expired, or Failed, you can resubmit the domain authentication request in Bloomerang Volunteer.
After you resubmit the domain authentication request, the clock resets to 72 hours. This means you have another 72 hours to add the DKIM key to your domain’s DNS records.
Tip: The DKIM key always remains the same, even if the domain authentication request changes to Expired and you resubmit the request.
